What the warranty covers
- Covered replacement parts that fail during normal residential use
- Labor required to replace those covered parts
- No age-based depreciation on covered failures
- Coverage for the operating life of the original qualifying system
- Transferability to a future homeowner while the plan remains active
Requirements to remain eligible
- Continuous Comfort Care membership
- Automatic annual billing with a valid payment method on file
- Required maintenance performed by Comfort Air Systems
- Repairs and modifications performed or approved by Comfort Air Systems
- Prompt notice when a system problem is discovered
- System remains at the original installation address
Common exclusions
Filters and routine maintenance items
Refrigerant except when required by a covered component failure
Ductwork, zoning, drains, plumbing, and external electrical systems
Damage from weather, flooding, fire, pests, corrosion, abuse, or neglect
Damage or alterations caused by another contractor
Cosmetic issues, equipment relocation, lodging, food loss, or consequential costs
